What Each Tracking Status Means

Each shipment moves through a few stages before reaching you. Here’s what each status means:
🚚 Pending: Your shipment has been registered but not yet picked up.
📦 In Transit: Your shipment is on the move to its destination.
🏢 Arrived at Facility: The package reached one of our regional hubs.
🕐 Out for Delivery: The driver is currently delivering your package.
✅ Delivered: The recipient has received the shipment.
⚠️ On Hold / Exception: There’s a temporary issue (e.g. address issue, weather delay).
